WARRANTY

Premier hot tubs are designed to last a lifetime. Each hot tub is tended to by hand and are not simply rolled off a conveyor belt. We take great pride in the quality of our hot tubs. They go through a number of quality checks before they are packed and shipped. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser of the hot tub (spa) only and is non transferable and is only for use in the u.k.

This warranty covers parts and labour, be aware many other sellers will only provide parts only, and the engineer costs are not cheap if you require a call out. We take care of any issues you may have big or small and can honestly say the build quality of our tubs rarely requires any after sales assistance.


Please read the manufactures instruction manual in full to operate your hot tub correctly.

Shell Warranty - 10 Years

Premier Hot Tubs warrants the shell for a period of 10 years - this covers water loss arising from structural failure the shell is structurally warranted not to leak for this period. In the unlikely event of blistering, bubbling or delaminating warranty is only covered if deterioration of these causes water loss. The acrylic surface material is non-permeable and will not absorb odors, bacteria or pollutants.

Cabinet & Steps Warranty - 5 years

Premier Hot Tubs warrants the cabinet and steps for a period of 5 years - this covers against cracking shrinking or fading arising from defects in materials and workmanship.

Electrical Parts - 2 years

Premier Hot Tubs warrants all major spa electrical parts for a period of 2 years - this covers, the pumps, the heater, and the control system against malfunction arising from defects in materials and workmanship.

No Leak Plumbing Warranty - 1 year

Premier Hot Tubs warrants leaks for a period of 1 year - this covers the wall fittings, jet fittings, internal plumbing, internal glue joints, drains, hoses, and all bonded parts against malfunction arising from defects in materials and workmanship. However warranty is void if the spa has been subjected to misuse, abuse, alteration, improper installation, improper chemical balance, improper maintenance, punctures, acts of God, or if any repairs have been attempted by anyone other than authorised hot tub engineer.Leaks from pump unions are expressly excluded from the warranty.

Other Spa Components - 1 year

Premier Hot Tubs warrants all other spa components for a period of 1 year - this covers CD Player, CD/DVD Player, Ipod, Sub Woofer Speakers, Pop Up Speakers, LED lights, TV, Aromatherapy, Ozone, Diverter Valves, Air Blower, jets and cover (fault only cosmetic damage such as blistering of fading is not covered) against malfunction arising from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year Includes only parts necessary for repair.

Cover and Headrests Warranty

Premier Hot Tubs warrants that the headrest / pillows, Ice bucket cover, cover clips to be free from defects in material or workmanship on delivery to the customer. Fading, discolouration, and scratches are all considered to be normal wear and tear, headrests / pillows must be removed when tub is not in use.

Labour Warranty

The warranty above covers parts for the period stated and onsite labour for 12 months, please note a call out charge may apply depending on area.

WARRANTY PERFORMANCE & FAULTY / BROKEN HOT TUB PROCEDURE
Contact premier hot tubs, in writing (letter or email), within 10 days of the problem arising. Use all reasonable means to protect the spa from further damage.
Your notice must include:

  • The spa serial number (located on the spa's metal ratings plate mounted on the cabinet.

  • A thorough description of the problem.

  • Photographs of the problem.

  • Premier hot tubs may also ask for a copy of the original purchase invoice showing purchase date or delivery date, where it deems necessary. Premier hot tubs reserves the right to inspect any warranty claim on location or at its' manufacturing facility as deemed necessary. Warranty parts carry the balance of the unexpired warranty only. Replacement spa warranty will be equal to the balance, if any, remaining on the original spa.

    Faulty / Broken Hot Tub procedure is dependent on your location. (Please see map here for reference). Areas in Green: Premier hot tubs will send a trained and fully qualified spa engineer to work on your spa. Should your hot tub require any warranty work after installation, we guarantee that the engineer working on your spa will be fully qualified and trained to do so. Areas in Orange: It is the customers responsibility to organise and cover the cost of a fully trained and qualified hot tub engineer. Once an engineer has tended to the hot tub we will require a full report of any issues. On recipet of this report, Premier Hot Tubs will provide any parts required free of charge.
    Premier Hot Tubs will not provide compensation for delays in rectifying any faulty / broken hot tub issue.

    If your hot tub develops a problem that requires an engineer to visit we will organise and cover the cost of this along with any parts required that are found to be faulty and may need replacing. However if the engineer's report states the reason for any problems are due to user error the cost for the engineer to visit would be the customers responsibility and you would be billed accordingly.


    LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
    This warranty is void if the spa has been subjected to misuse, abuse, alteration, improper installation, improper chemicalization, improper maintenance, punctures, acts of God, or if any repairs have been attempted by anyone other than qualified premier hot tubs engineer (if a customer arranges an engineer without Premier Hot Tubs consent this can void the warranty and any engineer fees incurred are not the responsibility of Premier Hot Tubs). Electrical connections must be connected by a licensed qualified electrician only. All installation and service is to be performed by a licensed qualified electrician or spa technician only. Installation or service by any unqualified persons voids the warranty. A copy of the receipt for connection of the electrical connections from a licensed electrician will need to be provided for warranty claims. Please ensure your qualified electrician has not only plumed in your hot tub but has also checked all electrical components and electrical extras (such as lights, CD/DVD player, TV, Speakers). Please note Premier Hot Tubs cannot be held responsible for electrical faults in said electrical parts as these are thoroughly tested before leaving our warehouse. However if there is a fault after leaving us we are happy to advise and offer help options. Premier hot tubs must have pictures of any warranty issue before repair or replacement. Abuse and misuse will include (but is not limited to) damage caused by: Leaving the spa uncovered while the spa is empty of water, or improper handling of the spa during transporting and set up/installation, operation of the spa at a water temperature outside of the range of 32F to 115 F, or improper use of chemicals or unbalanced water, such as pH, calcium hardness, total alkalinity or sanitizer, or operation of the spa outside of the specified voltage requirements (230Volts +/- 10%), or voltage spikes or "brown out" conditions, or rodents or other animals, or unapproved sanitizers such as calcium hypochlorite, sodium hypochlorite, "tri-chlor" type chlorines or any sanitizing chemical that may remain un-dissolved on the spa surface, or damage caused by failure to provide level and complete support to the spa, or damage caused by not properly preparing the spa for the winter. Premier Hot Tubs recommends using well known brand named chemicals like "Fi-chlor" chlorine granules. These are the best way to sanitise your hot tub, we strongly advise that you should not use harsh tablet form chlorine or bromine tablets and unknown brands of chemicals or other types such as Aquafinesse as these have not been tested and approved and may cause corrosion and deterioration which Premier hot tubs cannot be held liable for any problems caused by not using the recommended chemicals. This warranty does not provide coverage for the insulating cover, or any other accessories that come with the spa including steps, and cover lifter. This warranty is void if the spa is used for rental, commercial, or institutional properties. Any spa in the orange delivery area or any spa taken out of the U.K mainland i.e offshore isles including: HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25,KW, IV, PA, PH, AB, DD, KY, FK, G, KA, HL, EH, DG, TD, CA LL, SY, SA, LD, NP, CF, TA, DT, EX, TQ, PL, TR will only be covered under a parts only warranty. Parts will be provided, but labour is not included as we unable to provide engineers in these remote areas. Rental property is defined as any property rented for profit. Commercial property is defined as hotel/motel, apartments, health clubs, time-shares, and private clubs or lodges. Institutional properties are hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living communities. The purchaser must establish the date of original purchase. In the case of a void warranty Premier hot tubs, shall not be responsible for cartage, removal and/or re-installation labour or any other associated cost incurred, this warranty extends to the original retail purchaser only, and is non-transferable.      If delivery of the hot tub is a non standard / straight forward delivery and requires the tub to be craned into position, the booking, cost and organisation of the crane must be arranged by the customer, we will do our best though to confirm a delivery window so that the crane can meet at the same time and the tub can be lifted straight off our trailer and into position. If this is not possible our drivers will leave the tub in a suitable position for the crane to lift over from the ground.

    DELIVERY - If delivery of the hot tub is a non standard / straight forward delivery

    STRAIGHT FORWARD DELIVERY - Is a delivery where the hot tub can be wheeled round to position on the trolley on a flat even surface with no restrictions of any kind.

    NON STANDARD DELIVERY- Is a delivery where there are restrictions / steps / cambers / decline or inclines in the ground or obstructions of any kind

    and/or requires the tub to be craned into position, the booking, cost and organisation of the crane must be arranged by the customer, we will do our best though to confirm a delivery window so that the crane can meet at the same time and the tub can be lifted straight off our trailer and into position. If this is not possible our drivers will leave the tub in a suitable position for the crane to lift over from the ground.

    In the circumstance where the delivery is a NON STANDARD delivery - Premier Hot Tubs cannot be held responsible for any damages to the hot tub or customers property if any of the above is applicable.

    If your hot tub needed collecting or replacing for any reason and the initial delivery required the use of a crane or the tub has been positioned inside a building or a structure has been built around it again this would be the customers responsibility to organise and cover all costs including any incidental costs (i.e chemicals, electrical supply etc) to remove the hot tub into a position where our drivers can load onto our trailer.

    The production and shipping of a custom order or in-stock order may be delayed if payment is not received within the desired time specified in the payment policy on the listing. Premier hot tubs reserves the right to cancel the order and report an un-paid item through ebay which can result in an un-paid item strike. Please check the payment policy on the listing as buy it now policy and auction policy are different. All orders are final and any deposit left is non refundable. Any order cancelled that is allocated and pending delivery would incur a 25% cancellation fee of the outstanding balance.
    Each manufacturer of hot tubs has their own electrical certifications. The customer is responsible for supplying the correct electrical supply please refer to our delivery and installation page.
    Upon receiving your hot tub you must sign off you accept the product's condition. After signing the acceptance of the hot tub, you have an additional 24 hours to report (to premier hot tubs) any cosmetic or physical damages to your product which you may not have noticed on delivery. Outside of that period of 24 hours, premier hot tubs cannot accept the claim and will not be liable for such damages, as we have found there are many accident's with the customer moving the hot tub from the curb side to their desired position if we have been unable to place the hot tub for you due to access or you are outside of our delivery area in which case you’re hot tub would have been delivered by contractors and curb side only.
    Premier hot tubs does its best to represent the colour of its hot tubs (spas) to the best of its ability, but the colours are only a rough estimation, the actual colours could look different because of ones computer screen can be different, as well as the output of the colour coming from the mould can be lighter or darker when pictures are taken. Please note: pictures are a guide only and some features can differ from illustrated depending on the hot tub specification that is listed.
    Premier hot tubs have an independent inspection of every spa, and will not ship a spa until an elaborate testing procedure is PASSED on all tests in accordance with CE regulations. If anything is wrong with the spa after it is delivered, everything is covered under the spa warranty, and premier hot tubs will make its best effort to uphold the warranty through its parts warehouse and warranty service department.
    For custom orders, most of the time involved is the custom building of the hot tub to your specification; lead times are 8-10 weeks, we aim to deliver all stock items within 2-4 weeks (starting from payment by customer). This can increase in the high season and delivery times quoted are approximate. Premier hot tubs cannot be held responsible or offer compensation of any kind including factory errors, delays caused beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, acts of God, delays pending customs clearance, governmental actions, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, labour disputes or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials.

    Money Back Guarantee: we want to provide you with the best possible service, this is why we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product for any reason you can return the item to us within 14 days of receipt we will offer you a refund as long as the returned item is unused and if possible in original packaging and condition with no marks scratches or damage of any kind.
